The number of repeat sales in our company is also growing: when the buyer receives exactly the goods that he saw in the online store, when this product is of good quality and delivered on time, the next time he will definitely turn again and will buy more. Positive customer experience is based on key things – product quality, delivery, ease of purchase and return. Individual approach is also needed and encouraged in our company. We are not only working to customize offers to customers, but when we get feedback from them, we try to immediately introduce it, change what they want to improve.
